SPECIAL SERVICE FEES:
A 3.5% NON REFUNDABLE handling fee will be added to all orders requiring any
special service/handling. Including lay-a-ways and shipping fees.
CASH DISCOUNT: All prices listed reflect a 3.5% cash discount from actual retail price. Orders paid in any other manor will reflect the full retail price. This does not include cash payments.
RESERVED ITEMS: We will hold a reserved item for SEVEN DAYS. If you need longer, a non-refundable 25% or $25 minimum deposit, whichever is greater, against the purchase price must be sent. Regular biweekly payments MUST be made to have us continue to hold the item. All items held longer than 7 days but Cancelled/Returned will be subject to the fee of $25 per item per month.
PAYMENT: U.S. FUNDS ONLY, payable to Byron’s Hockeyland. Money order or certified bank check preferred. All checks will be held 4 weeks. No checks accepted from CANADA. No order will be shipped without full payment (plus shipping) including trades. MINIMUM PURCHASE $10.

the Mississippi River & $14 there to the west coast. Goalie sticks $12 &

NEXT DAY & 2nd DAY will be priced AFTER PACKAGING. Dimensional
weight is used so those charges must be made to a credit card.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE: $501 & up covered at $.35 per $100 or fraction
thereof.
CANADA SHIPPING & HANDLING: ($12-NF,NS,PE,NB,PQ,ON,MB) ($14-SK,AB,BC,NT,YB) 1st jersey + $3 each add’l. Sticks, bags, pants & skates $12 up to Manitoba & $16 there to west coast Goalie sticks $16 & $20. Multiple sticks, bags, pants & skates $18 & $20. All items shipped low value, used clothing/equipment unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for any value above insured and we do not cover lost packages. We need a street address to ship via UPS. We do NOT pay Customs Fees, Taxes or Duties. SHIPMENTS VIA UPS EXPRESS: Will be priced AFTER PACKAGING. Dimensional weight is used so those charges must be made to a credit card. AIR PARCEL POST: $15 1st jersey & $4 each add’l. VIDEOS $8 1st video & $3 each additional. 8x10's are $8. Video's are $8 for first and $3 for each additional. Small items from our Ebay auctions are $6
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING 1 jersey is $18 and 2 jerseys are $25. Small items are $6 like cards, and small pictures. 8x10's books and magazines are $13 up too 1 lb and $18 for 2lbs and $25 for 3lbs. All items shipped low value, used clothing/equipment unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for any value above insured and we do not cover lost packages. Anything heavier should be listed in the auction page on Ebay itself.
SHIPPING TIME: Cleared orders ship within 10 Business days of receipt of payment. I ship on Fridays, so if item is paid for before Friday of the week you place the order, good chance it will go out that same Friday, BUT, things happen, life can get in the way, holidays and kid stuff. I am One person not a crew of many anymore, sorry.
RETURN PERIOD: If you are not satisfied with the item purchased, you MUST call within 15 days of receipt. You then have 7 more days to return the item to us, Positively NO refunds or exchanges after this 22-day period. TO PREVENT ABUSE OF OUR RETURN POLICY, a 50% restocking fee will be charged on those returns. Starting Line-ups, 8x10’s, item specifically described as being in poor condition therefore priced accordingly & items sold below advertised price are NOT returnable. All purchases made in person are FINAL. Please do not request a refund on an item you purchased in person or that was discounted. VIDEOS are only exchangeable for the same title.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: Items that were on hold for longer than one week, with or without a deposit, or missed a printing of our list, will be subject to a min $25 fee per list, per item, off the purchase/deposit price to be refunded. Including items paid by check & therefore were on hold for the check to clear.
TRADES: Full value (not sale price) used for all trades. Items appearing on the list for the 1st time are not available for trade. If we accept items traded to us, they become available to others immediately. If you then decide to return our item, you will either receive your item back (if available) or a trade credit. Trades also carry a $25 fee per transaction. This fee is in addition to any moneys added to the deal by the customer. Shipping is also paid buy the customer, unless Byron's Hockeyland asked you to make the trade. If you do not pay for the shipping , which includes tracking and insurance during a trade and the item is lost, it's not our fault and a refund will not be granted
RETURNED "Bad" CHECKS: Checks unpaid from the bank are subject to a $25 Bank charge and any cost involved in the collection of the returned amount, including but not limited to, court costs, legal fees, collection fees and a $50 fee for each court appearance required by Byron’s Hockeyland personnel.
BUSINESS HOURS: These are for telephone calls only. I do not have a shop or someone to show you our inventory, sorry. 10AM to 6PM EST Monday to Friday. (Closed Weekends & HOLIDAYS ). I do take appointments, but they must be secluded in advance. Fax machine is always ready to take your fax requests at 609-601-1334. PLEASE, check the time BEFORE you dial.
UNUSED CREDITS: Void one year from date issued.

CONSIGNMENTS: Fee for unsold items is $2 per item (min $10) for each month

Store or monthly list. Meaning there is a fee attached to anything that goes unsold each
month. This is on top of the commission fee agreed upon when the item is sold. Anything over $1000 is
$50 per listing. Anything over $5000 is $75
per list and anything over $10,000 is $100 per listing. All fees including Shipping & Insurance MUST be paid in advance
or items will be returned COD.
LAY-A-WAYS: A 25% deposit with biweekly payments is required. Payoff within 10 weeks. A 3.5% handling fee will be added to all lay-a-ways.
