Toronto Maple Leafs Dave Keon #14 "C" Tie Down , Blue, General Knit, Dureen,
69/70 with many repairs, holes, marks, pilling and damage from game use. Jersey
was given to Frosty the Bruins trainer in the 1970's, for his girlfriend to wear in
Toronto. She was taking the road trip with him and there luggage was lost so
when Keon herd of this, he gave her this jersey to wear, which she did that
night to the game. The jersey came to us from one of her family members. $20,000
In 69/70 for one of the sets the Leafs wore the shoulder numbers very close to the small logo, also on the shoulders. As a photo reference This style of jersey can be seen in a book titled Go leafs go, The Toronto Maple Leafs Story by Stan Fischler. I say this because some of the other photographs from that year are of a different variation of number positions.
