MARTIN BRODUER:
Fake Jersey Pages
This is another jersey that came along with the Bourque All
Star jersey and the others out of the Boston area. This is suppose to be
Broduers Stanley Cup Finals jersey.

The above picture shows the Stanley Cup Finals patch. The patch on this jersey is the wrong patch. This patch is made just like Custom Crafted Bruins All Star patch and Last Hurrah Patch. The picture and letters of the patch are the raised rubberized style, just like the Boston patches. Also if you look closely in the neck you can see that a Center Ice tag was cut out of the jersey. The picture below shows this closer. You can actually see the threads left from when the tag was removed. This happen from time to time before the center ice label was in most jerseys. But back when this jersey was suppose to be from its a problem. Especially coupled with the other problems this jersey has. The other thing that you can see from this photo is that the small flag size tag has been cut out. This is usually done to hide the actually size of the jersey. This jersey was not a goalie cut, which is what Broduer wears.

This is a close up of the bogus Stanley Cup Finals patch. Like mentioned above, the patch is the rubberized version. The real patch was cloth and stitching.

This is the set stamp inside the Broduer.
Notice how faded and washed out this appears. We have never seen a custom
crafted set stamp do this. Its completely blurry. Also you can see that this
jersey has the extra piece's in the body, along the sides just like Broduer
wears.

This photo show that there is not salt in the
fight strap and a closer look at the body piece that was added. So again what we
see here with this Broduer is nothing more than a Custom Crafted special. A
jersey that's been altered in a attempt to pass it off as game worn .
