Grant Fuhr Fake Jersey Pages
This is another in the group from the Boston
area along with the Bourque All Star jersey and the Broduer Devils with the
Stanley Cup Finals Patch on it. This jersey has several problems and just as the
others, is a Custom Crafted special. It was sold to the collector that we got it
from as a game worn Fuhr. Well I will show you why its not game worn.
This jersey has several things that are shown in the picture above. The first is that the sleeves of the jersey is not cut short. Fuhr does this on most of his jerseys that we have seen. The other thing from this photograph that you can see is that its not a goalie cut jersey. The sleeves are normal and not bigger as they would be if it was a goalie cut jersey. Fuhr wears a goalie cut
This picture shows several problems with the Fuhr jersey. Again as in the picture above notice that the sleeves are not shortened. Also you can see the set tag and Custom Crafted logo, but its missing the Blue Note hologram. The Blue Note is the Blues team store that has been marketing the Blues jerseys for quite a while. The season this jersey is suppose to be from should have the hologram and another team number.
This is a close up of the size
tag in the neck. Notice that the size tag is directly in the middle where the
CCM tag is usually. The jersey also is the wrong size its a 54 regular cut
and not a goalie cut. The CCM label is in the side of the jersey near
them bottum hem.
This is a closer view of the set tag in the
Fuhr. Again no hologram or team inventory number.
