Don Beaupre
This is a jersey that was sent to me for authentication purpose and what I found is that this is not a game worn Beaupre jersey, but a authentic Capitals jersey made to appear to be game worn. The jersey has stains on different parts of it. The size tags have been cut out, which is always a way for the person who is facilitating the fraud to try and conceal the actual size of the jersey. Well, this looks like a smaller jersey and it's not a goalie cut and should be. It really appears that someone wore the jersey, but not Beaupre and not in NHL play. There is salt in fight strap and it has been washed, so maybe the original owner did wear it too like 109 home capitals game and got it dirty and stained on. BUT this is not a game worn Beaupre jersey.
